At this time, Dr. Markey does not offer a sliding scale fee structure. However, transparency in pricing is a priority. We’re committed to providing clear information about service fees and will work with you to ensure you understand your financial responsibilities upfront.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments—especially for evaluations or forensic services, which often involve significant preparation—may be subject to a cancellation fee. Prompt communication allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient in need.
